We are in week 5 of our Life Lessons from Elijah Series. This week, Elijah meets King Ahab and challenges the people of Israel with a piercing question: "How long will you waver between two opinions?" and learn that it’s not the size of your faith that moves mountains, but the strength of the God in whom that faith is placed. On Mount Carmel, the difference between fire and silence wasn't Elijah's performance—it was his God. Just as God provided the fire on the altar so the people could be reconciled to Him, He provided Christ as the ultimate sacrifice to bring us back to Himself.
